Growth is spiritual work. Be it physical, emotional, spiritual, or educational, growth is a God-breathed process toward fullness of life. Not only is it God-breathed, it is also natural to life. Children and youth cannot help but grow. Growth is built-in. But while it is built-in, healthy growth requires intentionality and purpose. What kind of people are we growing into? What kind of faith community are we growing into? For us, our growth's aim is always toward greater love in Christ.
