WHAT TO EXPECT
Welcome to Revive United Methodist Church! If you are looking for a church home or wondering who we are as a church family, we invite you to explore our website and most of all, come and worship with us. In worship you will get to meet our pastor, members, fellowship with believers, and be blessed in worship.
We welcome people of all backgrounds and stories. Everyone is on a faith journey, and we believe each of us has something important to share in the Kingdom of God.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
You will see a wide range of dress in worship. Our church is informal, so please come comfortable.
HOW CAN I GET CONNECTED?
There are opportunities for study, worship, and service. We want to help you discover where God is calling you to serve. Staying connected with the church through our website, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are great ways to learn about events and opportunities.
SACRAMENT OF HOLY COMMUNION
We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month and at other special times during the year. Everyone is invited to the Lord’s Table. You do not need to be a member of our church family to share at the Lord’s Table, if you love Jesus, you are welcome. Our church offers a Gluten Free option for communion and has a separate set of servers in worship.
SACRAMENT OF HOLY BAPTISM
Through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism, we are born anew through a free gift of grace and are initiated into the Body of Jesus Christ. If you have been baptized in another Christian tradition you do not need to be baptized in our church to become a member, we recognize baptism performed in other Christian traditions. If you are desiring baptism for you or a member of your family, please visit with the pastor.
MEMBERSHIP
If God is leading you to become a member of Revive United Methodist Church, there are a variety of ways to join. You can join by:
-Profession of Faith
-Transfer from another United Methodist Church
-Transfer from another denomination
You can join at any worship service and you can visit with the pastor to schedule a specific date.
