News
Revive UMC on YouTube and Other Social Media: You can now watch our worship services on YouTube! Search for “Revive United Methodist Church of Azle” on YouTube and you will find our church channel. You can watch current or past worship services going back to September and new worship services are uploaded on Sunday afternoons.
Another way to locate our YouTube channel is to open our webpage (www.reviveumcazle.org) and you will find a link to YouTube in the top, right-hand corner. You will also find links to our Facebook page, Instagram, and Spotify accounts.
You can help expand our outreach on YouTube by going to our church page and clicking the SUBSCRIBE button. Even if you don’t think you are going to use the YouTube page, the more subscriptions we have, the easier it is for people to find our church. It just takes a minute to subscribe, and you will be helping the visibility of our church.
One of the goals for the coming year is to live-stream our worship services to multiple social media platforms. You will be hearing more about this as we continue to develop our technology. There are exciting changes coming for our church as we share the gospel of Jesus Christ in more ways.
Revive UMC Webpage Updates: Our church webpage (www.reviveumcazle.org) is updated regularly with news, events, calendar items, our worship services, and other information. If you have not been to the website, there is general information about the church such as who we are, where and when we meet, and a word from our Pastor and Kelsi. There are links to some of the ministries we support such as the Community Caring Center and Academy 4, and links to our Annual Conference and Glen Lake Camp.
When you click on any of the seven main headings at the top of the page (or the small drop-down menu in the upper right corner if you are on your iPad or tablet), you will find additional information about different areas of our church. The church calendar can be found under the ABOUT tab and you can look at single events or a monthly calendar.
If you know someone who is interested in learning more about our church, the webpage is one of the available resources and a great place to learn about Revive. If you have questions or suggestions about the webpage, please contact Richard Reed (drreed86@reviveumcazle.org).
Church Wide Community Scavenger Hunt Nov 16 at 3 pm: Let’s have fun!!! In honor of all we have been learning about the Holy Spirit and relating it to a wild goose, we will be having a scavenger hunt using the goose chase app. We will begin with the scavenger hunt and end with a whole group fellowship while sharing a light meal. This is a multigenerational event. Don’t miss out on the fun. Stay tuned for more details coming in the future.
Stop, Drop, and Pray - Thursdays at 10 am: Every week, Revive takes a few minutes to stop, drop, and pray! This is a 10 minute or less zoom call where a single leader leads us in a time of prayer over our community, our church and our world. Just drop in when you can so that we can be in consistent prayer for guidance and blessing from the Holy Spirit. Get the zoom link by signing up here: https://reviveunitedmethodistchurch.breezechms.com/form/efb7a3
Cross Timbers Mission: With the school year underway, the teachers have asked for paper towels for their classrooms. If you plan on shopping at either Costco or Sam's and have room in your cart for a package of paper towels, the teachers would appreciate it! Thank you.

Seed the Capital Campaign: In order for Revive to purchase property or a building, we’ll need to have a capital campaign. In advance of that future effort, you are invited to prayerfully consider today what will fuel our future as the people called United Methodists here in this place. Your second-mile giving can help “seed” our building fund. Check out the big thermometer eachweek and place any offerings in the bowl beneath it. Our Building Seed has grown to $31,434.00 (10/31/25). See Dana Hollingsworth for more info.
Learn Our Songs at Home: Now you can take worship home by listening to “Revive UMC Azle 2025” playlists on Spotify and Amazon. The aim of this playlist is to help us learn the contemporary songs that we sing in worship. To get the playlist, just search for “Revive UMC Azle 2025” on Spotify or Amazon.
