Since I first came on as pastor, our Vision Team (which includes the Board) has been meeting monthly to identify our vision and create goals for Revive.  Our rhythm is to meet monthly before the Board Meeting for an hour to consider our mission field and call, where God is leading us, and how we want to respond to the needs of our community (inside and outside the church).  In the fall, we hold an annual Leadership Retreat as well.

After doing this work for almost a year now, I'm so excited about where we're moving and what God is doing!  Check out below our mission, values, priorities, and goals
